Human Resource Intern

About the Role

WeCredit is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Saket, New Delhi. This internship offers hands-on experience in human resource management, recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR documentation and recruitment records.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work from the office six days a week.
