HR Intern Talent Acquisition (TA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update recruitment MIS trackers and candidate databases.
- Source candidate profiles through Naukri and other job portals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and profile shortlisting.
- Call candidates to explain job opportunities and assess interest.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely updates of candidate status in recruitment reports.
- Support the TA team in achieving hiring targets and maintaining recruitment records.
