Human Resource Intern

The HR Intern will support the HR department in recruitment, HR operations, and administration, working closely with the Head of HR as we grow our team.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Post job openings and manage candidate databases on job portals and LinkedIn.
• Support onboarding of new hires, including documentation and induction.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files across branches.
• Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI).
• Help organize employee engagement activities.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the HR department.
• Prepare HR reports and trackers in MS Excel.

Preferred candidate profile

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/BBA in HR or a related field.
• Interest in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative work.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
