Role & responsibilities

Job Title: HR Intern

Location:

Mumbai - Lower Parel

Education: Must be graduate.

• Graduate in any discipline (Graduation completed is mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and HR trackers.
• Handle and update channel MIS data accurately.
• Coordinate with Regional HR (RHR) teams for joining projections and manpower updates.
• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure completion of documentation stages.
• Track candidate progress from documentation to offer letter release.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment dashboards and HR databases.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and PowerPoint presentations for management reviews.
• Support recruitment and on boarding activities as required.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (V LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Management, etc.).
• Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint for dashboard and presentation preparation.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to think out of the box and suggest improvements.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle will be an added advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR operations and recruitment activities.
