Human Resource Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and MIS reports.
• Support a HR operations, and other day-to-day HR activities.
• Assist in policy communication and general HR administration.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
