The role involves recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding support and day-to-day HR activities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain employee and recruitment records.
• Support onboarding and HR documentation.
• Assist the HR team in day-to-day activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• BMS/BBA/MMS/MBA/PG in HR or pursuing HR-related studies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Freshers are welcome.
• immediate joiner.
