Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist in employee onboarding, joining formalities, and maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
• Maintain HR MIS, hiring trackers, attendance, and leave records using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with corporate and retail teams for HR-related requirements and daily operations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR events.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
• Perform additional HR tasks as assigned to support smooth HR operations.
