About this role
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per JD requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and panel members
- Maintain candidate tracker and update recruitment status regularly
- Assist in collecting and verifying new joinee documents
- Support onboarding formalities - offer letter, appointment letter coordination
- Help with induction scheduling for new employees
- Maintain and update employee database/HRMS records
- Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, experience, relieving, etc.)
- Support filing and documentation for audit/compliance purposes
- Draft and proofread emails, JDs, and internal communication
