Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and status updates.

Recruitment Coordination

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Update applicant information in ATS/recruitment systems.
• Coordinate interview logistics and panel availability.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.

Offer & Onboarding Support

• Support offer rollout and candidate documentation.
• Collect pre-employment documents from candidates.
• Coordinate background verification and medical checkups.
• Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.

Employer Branding

• Support job posting activities on portals and social media platforms.
• Participate in campus hiring and recruitment drives.
• Assist in employee referral and employer branding initiatives.
