*Key Responsibilities*
Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
Support joining, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and employee records.
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day HR activities.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
*Candidate Requirements*
MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources or a related specialization.
Freshers or candidates with prior HR internship experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
