Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Intern

Role Summary

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source talent, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Draft job descriptions, post listings across job boards/LinkedIn, and review incoming applications to identify top-tier talent.
  
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interview rounds, send calendar invites, issue assessment tasks, and prepare prep materials for hiring managers.
  
• Applicant Tracking & Operations: Maintain precise candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track core hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality).
  
• Candidate Experience: Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing prompt status updates and feedback.
  
• Employer Branding & Sourcing Research: Assist with employer branding campaigns, virtual career fairs, and proactive sourcing research for niche or competitive roles.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelors degree or Masters in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Passion for recruitment, candidate relationship building, and talent sourcing.
