Human Resource Intern

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in maintaining accurate HR data, assisting with recruitment and HR operations, managing recruitment trackers and ATS records, and supporting employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update HR databases with high accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure recruitment data is accurately captured in ATS and internal trackers.
• Support HR reporting by preparing structured and error-free data.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination, including screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding coordination and documentation for new joiners.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR documentation, attendance/leave data, and other HR-related trackers.
• Support in preparing HR-related reports and maintaining accurate employee information.
• Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities. and collect employee feedback.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and work across HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
