Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the sourcing and screening of potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks)
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintaining and updating the candidate database and recruitment trackers
4. Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing communication with candidates
