The HR Recruiter Intern will manage the complete recruitment cycle for client companies, ensuring the right talent is sourced and placed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews as per client needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth onboarding support.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• Strong communication, networking, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with job portals.
