HR Operations Job Description

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations and exits.
  
• Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance and leave management.
  
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave and payroll.
  
• Support statutory compliance, HR audits and documentation.
  
• Prepare HR MIS/reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance and employee data.
  
• Coordinate exit formalities, full & final documentation and employee clearance.
  
• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities and policy implementation.
