Employment Type: Internship
Stipend: 5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
• Work towards daily and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome.
