Human Resource Intern

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Sourcing Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is focused on sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and supporting the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source 100 - 120 candidate profiles daily from job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, and Apna.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Connect with candidates to assess their interest and basic qualifications.
• Maintain and update candidate data in internal trackers.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing (preferred).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Candidates will be evaluated based on performance during the internship.
• High-performing candidates will be offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
