• Upload job description on various job portals o Conduct initial screening round for the applicants received.
• Enablethecompanytomeethiring targets by sourcing & screening CVs.
• Supporting employee onboarding, Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible,
• Scheduling interviews.
• Assess candidates information, including CVs, portfolios, and references.
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
