Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR – Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and collect relevant information.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters during the hiring process.
• Assist with interview scheduling, feedback collection and offer coordination.
• Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Good MS Excel and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
