Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Full-Time) or Equivalent / Engineering graduate

Visa and joining ticket will be provided by the company Free of cost to candidate.

Annual leave twice a year: you will get 21 days paid leave after every 6 months of your continuous service

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee HR to join our HR talent acquisition team supporting mining and metals operations across Africa. This role is ideal for MBA HR graduates who are passionate about recruitment, talent sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for technical, operational, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking channels.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Ensure timely updates and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in HR projects and talent acquisition improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the mining and metals industry.
