Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our team in driving employee experience and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs in employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR activities.
• Assist with employee engagement, HR connects, and people initiatives.
• Maintain HR reports, trackers, and employee data.
• Support performance management and HR processes.
• Assist in HR analytics, MIS, and presentations.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
