• Role & responsibilities
• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies
• Ensure timely communication and feedback loops with candidates
