Human Resource Intern

We are seeking a proactive HR Intern focused exclusively on sales recruitment. The intern will manage the end-to-end hiring process for sales agents and work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for sales agents.
2. Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles and recruitment activities.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop ideal candidate
profiles.
4. Make 80-100 recruitment calls daily to potential candidates from job portals, referrals, and other sources.
5. Achieve a target of hiring 6-8 sales agents per week.
6. Strive to meet or exceed the monthly hiring target of 25 candidates.

Ideal Candidate Profile.
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
a related field.
2. Ability to make high-volume calls and engage effectively with candidates.
3. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
