Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Assist with employee engagement activities
• Maintain and update HR records
• Support the HR team with day-to-day activities

• Students or freshers pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Practical HR experience
• Exposure to recruitment and HR operations
