About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern/Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, screening, sourcing, interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team with recruitment and candidate screening.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and other HR documents.
• Assist with coordination of training and development programs.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
