The Company is primarily engaged in providing affordable housing finance to salaried and self-employed individuals as well as loans against mortgage of property to customers in Tier 2 & 3 cities and those on the outskirts of urban markets. Its product offerings include loans for the purchase of completed residential properties, loans for the construction of homes on owned or acquired plots, and loans for the extension of existing residential properties, such as the addition of floors or rooms.
