Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and attendance data.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR activities.
• Support payroll and leave-related documentation.
• Assist the HR team in implementing company policies and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com/BA in HR or pursuing HR-related studies.
• Experience: Fresher

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
