Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial screenings for candidates.
• Source candidates from job portals and manage job postings.
• Help coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support on-boarding and other HR functions

• Excellent Communication Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi This is crucial as the role involves interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proactive and Eager to Learn: The candidate should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn about the HR industry and be able to take initiative in various tasks.
