About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern Operations to support day-to-day HR activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and documentation across employee lifecycle
  
• Assist in joining formalities, document collection, and employee record management
  
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for onboarding activities
  
• Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports
  
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
  
• Assist in HR audits, compliance documentation, and policy implementation
  
• Handle employee queries related to HR processes
  
• Support HR team in engagement initiatives and internal communication
