Human Resource Intern

• Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update hiring trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and basic screening calls.
• Coordinate with candidates for documentation and joining formalities.
