Human Resource Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This role will provide hands-on experience in hardcore recruitment, Staff Augmentation hiring, Contract Hiring, and In-house Recruitment.

The candidate will work closely with the recruitment team and support end-to-end hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in hardcore recruitment and end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.
• Work on Staff Augmentation Hiring requirements.
• Assist with Contract Hiring requirements.
• Support In-house Recruitment for internal positions.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct candidate searches and initial screening.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in offer coordination and onboarding activities.
• Communicate with candidates professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.

Requirements

• Fresher or currently pursuing/completed graduation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in HR and Recruitment.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
