HR Intern Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Provide support for HRMS-related activities and employee queries.
• Conduct market research on HR trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry practices.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
