Human Resource Intern

HR Intern - Manufacturing

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR coordination activities across the manufacturing facility.
• Schedule and coordinate employee training programs in consultation with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the training calendar, attendance records, and training trackers.
• Manage HR data, reports, and MIS using MS Excel.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, and department stakeholders for HR-related activities.
• Generate regular reports and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior internship experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
