Human Resource Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day activities. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate tracking records.
• Support in job posting on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Assist with joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain and update employee/candidate databases and HR trackers.
• Support the HR team in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
