Human Resource Intern

• Drive document collection and validation and resolve onboarding exceptions/insufficiencies.
• Track onboarding progress through MIS/HR systems and ensure timely updates and data accuracy.
• Facilitate Day 1 readiness, including joining formalities, attendance, documentation, and system requirements.
• Monitor and resolve onboarding issues through effective stakeholder follow-up and escalation.
• Provide regular onboarding status reports and highlight risks, delays, and pending actions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities for Apprentice

• Identify eligible employees and manage the end-to-end apprenticeship registration process, including eligibility verification, documentation, employee coordination, and NATS portal registration/contract creation.
• Drive employee awareness and engagement through orientation sessions and provide guidance on program requirements, benefits, registration, and related processes.
• Manage the complete apprenticeship lifecycle, including registration, contract management, milestone tracking, completion, exit, and termination, ensuring timely action and process compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date apprenticeship data, records, and documentation, ensuring data integrity and readiness for reporting/audit requirements.
• Prepare, validate, and share periodic MIS/reports on registrations, active apprentices, completions, and terminations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely and accurate reporting.
