Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
• Follow up with candidates and support recruitment activities

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Interest in HR and Talent Acquisition
• Comfortable with calling candidates
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Proactive and willing to learn
