Human Resource Intern

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, HR operations, and general HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in conducting interviews and coordinating recruitment drives.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare basic HR reports and trackers.
• Provide support to the HR team in daily administrative activities.

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree or pursuing a relevant degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
