Human Resource Intern

Job Description :-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who has good communication skills and a basic understanding or interest in Human Resources. The candidate will get practical exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate and employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, joining documents, and other HR-related paperwork.
• Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with employees and candidates regarding HR-related queries.
• Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
• Learn and assist in various HR processes and statutory/compliance-related activities.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Graduate in BBA/BBM/MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR) or any relevant discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Candidates with internship/project exposure in HR will be preferred.
