About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team across the recruitment lifecycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles based on job requirements and maintain candidate databases.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring trackers.
- Support offer coordination and candidate onboarding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Work closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / MBA-HR pursuing or completed preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
- Interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR.
