Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions and job openings across relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and basic screening calls.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Assist with candidate onboarding and joining formalities once the selection process is complete.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in improving candidate sourcing and recruitment processes.
