Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking MBA HR students who are eager to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced work environment. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions and can lead to a permanent full-time opportunity with the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and hiring process
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
• Support employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Help in attendance, payroll, and HR operations
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Support HR policies and compliance work
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks

Eligibility:

• MBA / PGDM pursuing students specializing in HR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Immediate joiners preferred
