Internship Duration 3-6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS.
• Post jobs across hiring platforms.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring.
• Assist with HR documentation and recruitment activities.

Who We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge is a plus.
