Human Resource Intern

About the Role

As an HR Intern – Recruitment, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to sourcing, screening, candidate management, interview coordination, and hiring operations across multiple functions and geographies.

What You’ll Do

• Support sourcing of candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Assist the TA team with ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Prior internship/recruitment experience would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
