Job Title: HR Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

Smartworks is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding documentation and recruitment operations.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day hiring activities.

Eligibility

• MBA (HR) students/fresh graduates or graduates with an interest in HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
