Human Resource Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR/Recruitment and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
• Conduct talent mapping and market/industry research to support hiring strategy
• Maintain and update candidate database/ATS records
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent graduate pursuing or completed an MBA (or related field)
• Prior exposure/internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
