Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage HR Operations including attendance, leave, onboarding, employee records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads and business teams for recruitment and manpower requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, engagement, and retention activities.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes at the Assam location.
• Coordinate closely with the Head Office HR team on recruitment, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee matters.
• Coordinating Training and Development Initiatives.
• Responsible for Performance Management Appraisals

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate shall be from Assam
• Speaking Assamese and Hindi is mandatory
• Age between 30 to 40 Years
• Required Frequent Travel among Chirang, Dimahasao and Biswanath.
