Human Resource (Immediate joiner)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn Boolean searches, direct headhunting, and referrals.
• Target industry-specific profiles (Site Engineers, Project Execution, Procurement, Quality, Design, etc.).
• Screen candidates for relevant domain skills, salary expectations, notice periods, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to streamline interview schedules and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and manage post-offer engagement to ensure high joining rates.

Requirements

• Education: Must be a Graduate (Bachelor's degree completed).
• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on recruitment (consultancy background ideal).
• Skills: Strong sourcing abilities (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) proficient in MS Excel and excellent communication skills.
