Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Generalist with 4+ years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations in an EMS manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee grievances, engagement, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and exit formalities.
• Support shop-floor manpower planning and contract labour management.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and monitor employee attrition.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR.

Required Skills: Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, MS Excel, HRMS, recruitment, and employee relations. Experience in manufacturing or EMS is preferred.
