Cotiviti is hiring for the role of People Business Partner for our Mohali location.

Job Summary:

Seeking an HR professional to support employee engagement, employee experience, HR operations, and business HR initiatives for assigned teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs.
• Manage onboarding experience and conduct new hire connect sessions.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, floor connects, and pulse checks.
• Analyze engagement survey results and drive action plans.
• Prepare HR dashboards (Headcount, Attrition, Engagement Metrics).
• Educate employees on HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with HR Ops for employee lifecycle changes (transfers, promotions, designation changes).
• Partner with HRBP leadership on Townhalls, R&R programs, manager offsites, and key HR projects.
• Travel to business locations as required.

Required Skills:

• 1-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or HRBP Support.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Employee-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
