Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience. Please find JD and share profile accordingly.

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR queries.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
• Support payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
• Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in performance management and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage exit formalities and offboarding activities.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and related documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR.
• 3-7 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist role.
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR processes.
• Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
